Our Company

Service Plus had its modest beginnings in 1983 when a young technician, who had spent many years in the commercial kitchen industry, decided that customers deserved better service than currently being provided in this area. From this beginning, the company has grown to todays fleet of sixteen vans, staffed by factory trained technicians and supported by a parts department consisting of knowledgeable, experienced purchasing agents and in-house bench technicians. Our technicians attend manufacturers training classes both at our facility and at the factories on a regular basis.

Service Plus is the factory authorized service agent for over 75 major commercial kitchen equipment manufacturers. We serve as a stocking warehouse for all the manufacturers we represent allowing us to provide prompt service and shipment of parts. We also have an extensive inventory of other manufacturers parts and provide equally prompt service on all commercial kitchen equipment.

Our customers include the kitchen facilities of many of the areas largest companies, well known establishments, national fast food restaurants, colleges, schools and hospitals.

We maintain a complete computerized history of all service performed on each individual piece of equipment including parts that have been replaced. This allows our technicians to have knowledge of work which has been done on a piece of equipment and make any necessary repairs as quickly as possible.

Our computerized history/inventory control system allows us to track parts usage so we can be sure to have sufficient inventory to allow for both repair of your equipment and sales of parts for those that do their own servicing.
